  17. 1 liter chicken stock

  2. Sliced chayote,cauliflower cabbage, carrot, set aside.
  3. In a pan saute garlic, onion and tomato. Put shrimp and and tempura. Add salt to taste and a tbsp oyster sauce.
  4. Add all veggies, cloud ear mushroom, quail egg and saute till veggies are crisp. Pour the chicken stock.(or plain water would do ^^)
  5. When it boils,add the egg and whisked it with fork...add the cornstarch mixture til its viscous in consistency.
