- Preheat oven to 350°F.

- In large sauce pan, over medium heat melt butter. Add onions & bell peppers and saute until soft. Stir in garlic and saute 1-2 more minutes until fragrant. Be careful to not burn it. - Pour mixture into a 13x9 baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for about 20 minutes or until heated through and starting to brown on top.
